Flanger

What is Flanger?
Flanger is a modulation effect that creates a dramatic “swooshing” sound. Flanger works by splitting the signal in two, and slightly delaying one of the signals (usually 20 milliseconds or less), and constantly changing the delay rate between the two signals. It’s similar to chorus (but flanger has a shorter and constantly changing delay time) and phaser (but flanger is more aggressive and noticeable). Get the book to learn more!
